VERY IMPORTANT: Please fill the form carefully, especially a field "Tax/VAT Number" since each next step applies a different tax system and cannot be changed later.
If your company is registered in EU as VAT payer - VIES (VAT Information Exchange System you can check here) the reverse charge system is applicable and prices are quoted without 21% of local VAT.
Notes to fill in the Partnership Registration Form:
- if you do not know University/Company ID* (means Company/University registration number) you can fill in "-----" ("five times dash")
- if field Tax/VAT number is not filled, price will be quoted with local 21% VAT
- ZIP is validated according to country-specific rules; if you are getting "The value must be a valid ZIP" error, check whether the correct Country is selected
- if you do not have the Street House Number you can fill in "0“ ("zero"), city and state in US can be put together in City field
